To reduce the influx of patients with Musculoskeletal disorders of the spine in Clinics.

This invention addresses the incidence/prevalence of Musculoskeletal disorders of the spine (forward head posture) among smartphone addicted young adults and individuals using smartphones. It offers potentials to reduce influx of patients with Musculoskeletal disorders of the spine to Orthopaedics and Physiotherapy clinics due to the prevention and rehabilitatives features that it posses.
